  • Package prices are inclusive of all taxes.
  • Package is applicable for selected locations & selected area only.
  • Customers will not receive a refund after 30 days of package activation.
  • Any one-time charges paid to SNPL at the time of installation are non-refundable.
  • The router should be returned to SNPL in good condition after the packages expire, as it is free to use.
  • Any fault in Router is to be replaced by SNPL within 5 working days to 48 hours from the time of raising the complaint with SNPL
  • The speed committed under a plan is till the LAN port. Wi-Fi speed is subject to the customer's in-house coverage and device performance at the customer's premises.
  • SNPL will not be responsible for any content or streaming-related issue on any of the OTT platforms offered as part of the subscription plan. No refund will be considered if the customer is not satisfied with the OTT.
